AIESP Registration Fees. Please note that there are three different type of registration fees:
1. Attending authors/presenters, with publication
2. Attending non-authors, non-presenters/visitors, no publication
3. Non-attending authors, with publication only

** Attendees who have paid the full registration fees with publication are offered to
bring max three students for US$ 85.00 each to attend the entire conference, including tutorial and technical sessions. This fee, however, includes refreshments during the conference only.

publication in either first or second volume of CD rom proceedings at $280.00. The
second volume of proceedings be produced after the conference. This fee does not include the CD rom proceedings, they can be purchased after the conference. Each
volume will be around $60.00 plus handling fee and postage $20.00.

*Student registration is limited to 20 participants. All full time students MUST provide
proof of full time status when submitting their registration form and payment (copy of valid student ID card or letter from their institution or program director).
Additional Conference Banquet tickets may be purchased at a cost of
$50.00 US. Please see online registration form.
Small lunches are available at various restaurants in the hotel.
REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT
Payment of registration fees can be made by Visa, Mastercard, US Money Order, or US
cheque. Bank transfers will not be accepted. All fees are payable in US Funds. All registration forms must be accompanied by payment.

Cheques are to be made payable to AIESP 2006. Registration forms not accompanied by appropriate payments as outlined above will not be honoured until full payment is received.
INSURANCE ** IMPORTANT **
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that
at the time you register for the Artificial Intelligence in Energy Systems and Power 2006 and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should
include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Artificial Intelligence in Energy Systems and Power 2006, loss of international/domestic air fares
through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Portugal, failure to utilise tours
or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and
repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Venue West cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This
insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
CANCELLATION ** IMPORTANT **
Cancellations received IN WRITING prior to November 30, 2005 will be refunded, less a
$100.00 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after this date.
