applicable.

Author Registration
Please note that on each paper one
author registration is required.
The registration fee includes:
- Attendance
at congress and all integrated symposia
- Attendance
at tutorials and workshops
- A copy of
the proceedings (depending on the type of registration)
- Conference
program
- Publication
of 1 paper with a maximum of 7 pages
- Coffee
breaks (two per day)
- Social
program
Full Registration
There are two types of full registration. Both include all items mentioned above.
All registrations include proceedings.
- Full
registration, including CD rom proceedings. Applicable for authors and non-
authors
- Full
registration co-authors
Only applicable if one author has paid the full registration
Visitor Registrations
This is a registration only
applicable if you are not an author. To people who do not participate in
the conference with a paper/presentation we offer the possibility to attend the
conference as a listener at a reduced fee. The fee does not include social
events. You should request these as additional items when you register.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- When you
register through our website you will receive an automatically generated
email notification of successful registration. In order to be able to meet
our primary obligation, which is to publish your paper in the conference
proceedings, we need to have received the registration fee, your final
manuscript and separate abstract before the registration deadline. Also we
need a signed copy of the email confirmation of the registration by fax. The
fax-number is +1 780 387 4329. When we have received all these items the
registration will become final.
All items included in the registration and the conference package will be
distributed at the conference site by the NAISO staff, at the registration
desk.
The conference package includes:
- A name
badge, which is also the entrance pass to the conference and all integrated
symposia
- The
conference program
- Conference
proceedings, if ordered
- A
certificate of attendance
- A signed
confirmation of payment
- A
confirmation of receipt of the package
- Any
additional items requested with the registration
Cancellation policy:
Canceling the registration up to the registration deadline: 10% of the
registration fee will be charged for administration costs.
Canceling the registration after the registration deadline:
100% of the registration fee and all other items requested.
Please note that these cancellation charges are also
applicable if you are a no-show at the conference. All obligations of NAISO
related to the registration fee have been meet.
For the registration fee we will not
send an invoice. You will receive a confirmation of payment after we have
received the fee. If you should need an invoice, please send us an email
requesting this. Payment by credit card only.
