For the NL 2002 delegates we have selected one hotel, which is located across the street from the university. Please note that the number of rooms we have been able to block is very limited as the 1st of May is a holiday in Germany.
Please note that when you request a room the through the web site, the booking will always be based on a four night package. If you wish to book a room for different dates, please select the room you wish with the four-night package and send us an email after you register with the adjustments to be made in this booking. The email can be sent to planning@icsc.ab.ca with the subject 'Additional Accommodation'.

This four- star hotel is located in the financial district, across the street from the technical university where the conference is held. It is only a few minutes to the main station Zoologischer Garten. From here you can easily reach the attractions Berlin has to offer. The Kurfürstendamm, Potsdamer Platz and the Brandenburg Gate are just around the corner.
The hotel has 317 comfortable rooms and suites that satisfy all requirments one expects form a four star hotel. All rooms are equipped with bath/ shower and WC, cable- TV, pay- TV, radio, minibar, direct dial telephone, wake- up service, hair dryer and room safe.

Other Hotels
We do have some rooms available at the Berlin Plaza hotel, however the only available dates are May 1st to May 4th.
Although you cannot book these rooms through the website, we will, in most cases be able to accommodate.
After you have decided if you do wish to request a room through NAISO at one of these hotels,

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, just around the corner of the Kurfuerstendamm.
The hotel has 131 rooms, all equipped with bath/shower, cable TV, pay- TV, radio, minbar, direct dial telephone service and room safe.
Please note that form this hotel you would need to go to the university by public transport or taxi. Both are present near the hotel.
Walking distance is 25 minutes.

This hotel is located at app. a 10 minute walk to the university. The hotel has 43 rooms are decorated simple. The are all equipped with shower, wc, cable TV and telephone. There are no double rooms available.
