Presentation at the conference
(The indicated time for presentations does not apply to keynote, plenary or tutorial speakers.)
Each paper, apart from poster papers, will be presented orally by one of the authors. The time assigned for each regular paper is 30 minutes (including 5 minutes for discussion). The time assigned for each short paper is 20 minutes (including 5 minutes for discussion). The conference language is English. Each conference room is provided with an overhead projector for transparent films and a dataprojector for powerpoint presentations. For any further requirements the Congress Organizer must be contacted by email prior to the conference. We will then inform you as soon as possible about the options. The organizers will try to honor special scheduling requests, but cannot guarantee to do so. Requests must be received as early as possible.
Poster papers are presented in special poster sessions. The subjects are discussed and authors will get peer feedback on their work. Authors of poster papers are responsible for the making of the poster. The measurements can be maximum 39.37 inch (100 cm) wide by 59.05 inch (150 cm) high. There is no specific format required.
Proceedings will be available at the congress in the form of a printed abstracts booklet including a CD- ROM with the full papers.
All accepted papers (also poster papers) will be included in the congress proceedings, published by ICSC Academic Press, Canada/The Netherlands.
A selected number of papers will be expanded and revised for possible.inclusion in special issues of leading international journals.
