Final steps
When your paper has been accepted for the conference you can start preparing your final manuscript for publication. The required formats for the final manuscript can be checked under Final Manuscripts, the button on the top of this page. The format is the same for all papers to be published, also poster papers. We wish to simulate the usual appearance of typeset papers in technical journals. Accordingly please follow the instructions for the final manuscripts as closely as possible. Also note that all papers have to be registered for, which can be done through the web site. Contributions cannot be included, unless registration, full payment of the fee, manuscripts and abstract are received by the dates specified under Important Dates. It may not be possible to include manuscripts in the conference proceedings, if they are not prepared according to the instructions as described in Final Manuscripts or arrive too late at the NAISO offices. We thank you for your cooperation!
Presentation at the conference
(The indicated time for presentations does not apply to keynote, plenary or tutorial speakers.)
Each paper, apart from poster papers, will be presented orally by one of the authors. The time assigned for each paper is 20 minutes (including 5 minutes for discussion). The conference language is English. Each conference room is provided with an overhead projector for transparent films and a dataprojector for powerpoint presentations. For any further requirements the Congress Organizer must be contacted by email prior to the conference. We will then inform you as soon as possible about the options. The organizers will try to honor special scheduling requests, but cannot guarantee to do so. Requests must be received as early as possible.
Poster papers are presented in special poster sessions. The subjects are discussed and authors will get peer feedback on their work. Authors of poster papers are responsible for the making of the poster. The measurements can be maximum 39.37 inch (100 cm) wide by 59.05 inch (150 cm) high. There is no specific format required.
